   EPTC 2008 Highlights
       - Post Conference Report, Photo & Video

The 10th Electronics Packaging Technology Conference (EPTC 2008), in conjunction with 10th year conference anniversary celebration, was successfully held on 9-12th December 2008, Singapore. It features keynote talks, plenary session, technical sessions, short courses, exhibition, social and networking activities. The EPTC Technical Committee with over a hundred technical experts has reviewed a total of 351 abstracts from 30 countries submitted for the conference. 238 quality papers from engineers and researchers were published and presented in 48 technical sessions. There were over 400 regional and international delegates attending EPTC 2008 conference.
